Present: Laura French, Angela T., Kay S., Carolyn from MKIM, Carolyn Beverly, Stefanie H., Martha t., Cheryl B. 1-The ad to the Andover Beacon has been sent. They will send me the bill, and I will forward it to whoever is the bill-payer when the time comes. 2-I will ask Sandy to add the Reindeer image to the Participation Form, which I am simplifying. I'll e mail a copy to all. 3-Please send me an e mail from each of you (businesses) with the activities you are planning. So far, we have horse and carriage rides, craft at Wingdoodle, Holiday sale at the church (great stuff - heirloom quality crafts!), Open Studio at Beez Ink Studio (the Belfry). 4-The ads will go to Andover Beacon (done), Villager, Webster/Salisbury/Boscawen Grapevines, Conc. Monitor, Kearsarge Shopper, Smart Adv., Goffstown News, and the Messenger's Holiday Guide. How about the Intertown Record? 5-About $700 is available in our checkbook. 6-The cost for this is $100/business and $50/nonprofits. If we don't spend it all, we'll put it towards the Feb.25 Cabin Fever Reliever and the Spring Into Warner. Some will go towards printing the posters at Staples. 7-Passports - we can use the original ones. 8-Selling raffle tickets for the gift basket - good idea. And people who complete their passports will get extra raffle tickets to increase their chances. 9-Please bring your gift basket donations to Bette at Lizzy Stitch. And then perhaps Megan or Shirley will make up the basket.???? 10-PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY RETURN E MAIL IF YOU DIDN'T GET THIS MAIL - OR IF YOU DID GET IT AND ONE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS DIDN'T. 11-PLEASE WRITE ME WHAT YOU PLAN TO DO ON THE SATURDAY. THESE ACTIVITIES NEED TO GO ON THE POSTER. ONCE THE POSTER IS DONE, IT CAN'T BE CHANGED. 12-PLEASE WRITE ME AND TELL ME IF YOU WILL PARTICIPATE AND DROP OFF YOUR CHECK HERE OR AT LIZZY STITCH. 13-PLEASE WRITE AND TELL ME WHAT I FORGOT. 14-PLEASE COME TO THE NEXT MEETING AT THE CLOVIS MOON CAFE ON TUESDAY, NOV.1 AT 8:30 AM 15-OR PRETEND YOU'RE THERE AND SEND NOTES, WISHES, CHECKS, BLESSINGS............remember that the more businesses we have, the more business we'll have. 16-We have no intention of breaking away from the rest of KACC, and some of our members were unaware that membership in the KACC for $70/year was expected in order to be able to participate in this branch of the KACC. This group is one of the benefits of membership in the KACC. (More discussion about this when we're not panicking about the Holiday Shopping Tour.) Thank you all for participating! Your non-chairperson, Kay
