KACC Board Meeting
Decmeber 7, 2021

Board Members Present: D. Watts, P. Miller

Patrick and I were on Zoom for today's Board meeting. Topics covered included:

    membership is at 170. Non-renewals have been a mix of old members and businesses
    that have closed. Of note is TDS which is a long standing member who has not
    renewed. Anyone with contacts at TDS are urged to ask them to renew. It sure
    would be nice to break 200.

    Reed's North would like to do a BAH. Will ask Steve to pick a date/time and we'll
    do our best to promote

    Annual meeting at Depot on Thursday Jan 20th in the evening. Everyday Cafe to be
    contacted for finger foods. (We can make this hybrid Zoom event). Need to create
    a sign-up so we can gauge interest.

    New perfect bound brochures are printed.

    Sweet Beginnings Daycare in Wilmot is distributing the new brochures

    Advertising for next brochure due Jan 20. So far, 3 Board member businesses have
    requested ads. No members. We are promoting on all of our Constant Contact
    mailings. Be sure to mention this to people when discussing KACC
