Board Meeting Minutes - 2021-05-05

+ How might we help Bradford EDC? Scott McCaskill is the Chair. The 2/11/21 minutes
  show that they are interested in producing a recreational trail map. One thought
  they had was to charge businesses to have them included on the map. I've reached
  out to see if KACC can help. Perhaps we may for all our members to be included.
  Could be an incentive to get more members.

+ Financing staff at Contoocook Visitor Center. We would not be the employer, only
  the source of the funds. Budget $3,360: 16 hrs/week @ $15/hr for 14 weeks starting
  Memorial Day weekend.

  Discussion was favorable. Will review in 2022 to see if we will do this again.

+ KACC is an "Investor" sponsor [$500] of Arts Atlas

  It was mentioned that a lot of work has been put into this. There will also be
  an on-line interactive map. In addition to the major donors, there is a grass
  roots effort to raise the remaining funds. If the project needs fund to get
  over the top, KACC will consider an additional donation.

+ Advertise in Andover Beacon? 1/16 page $253.44/yr

  Discussion was favorable.

+ Will need to print more brochures at end of May

+ 3x5 rack cards for members. Visitor center will have a display that holds 24 cards.
  Mary to create an initial set of 12 to demonstrate how this can be used. We will
  then ask members if they want to create cards for the display.
