Kris - Bradford Liason - discussion on what the liassons are responsible for.  Dillons has dropped
off, Kris will reach out and check in on his new Badford space.

Financials - Bank account is healthy - we pay for Zoom license, and Contoocook space,
but otherwise, expenses are relatively low.
The multi chamber work we have been granted 13,000 to manage the funds the 230,000 to give away.
We helped KCPA, RC Brayshaw (UV Light), Warner Public Market (PPE/construction).
KCPA mentioned a grant, but not where they obtained the funds (Amazon purchases)
WPM gave a good testimonial
Some of the allocated funding may still be available, perhaps 20,000.  to be spent by Dec. 21st.
 
Job fair was well attended
 
 
Slate of officers - fix the terms to have a rolling set?  Authorized up to 12 board members.
Now grouped in sets of three
 
Newbury Librarian may be willing to help out - potential liason?
Librarian in Wilmot or Sutton may also be willing?
   Nancy will reach out to those area librarians to see if they can assist, or nominate another
   interested party to help out.
Webster, Andover, Sunapee dropped from the town list - Dan will re-add
 
Instagram - Nanette willing to assist
 
Zoom account - Dan is researching our capability.  We have one log-in.  We can share the one
log-in to a zoom team,
First member to request - the Nature Center.  Initially, zoom team to assist, then pass to host.
Facebook presentation - so that others can "attend" without input.
Breakout rooms feature

Nanette suggests a virtual after hours activity.
Registrations? - the webinar version allows this feature. Can report who attended and who didn't
 
Support of Warner Businesses?  Telephone museum reached out - no response.
 
Annual meeting - date Third Thursday in January ( 21st ) 6:30-7:30 - send invite to our contact
list - Webinar event via Zoom.  Send a box for attendees to have on hand for the event.  Door prizes
 
Nanette to do a blast just on elections - in December.  Initial save the date notice for the
annual meeting. Reach out for new participation.

stations - some of our covid money is targeting external areas to market the area.
