Board Meeting
  + Discuss upcoming Holiday Festival and Business Expo
    * For future events, we need an event coordinator to manage the event and
      make sure things come together
    * We need posters put up in area towns ASAP
    * It was suggested we mail a poster to every member today
      (cost would come to $454.50 and can't guarantee delivery by Fri. Recommending against this)
    * Next year we could do a kids fun run. A 5K is from the college, to MKIM, and back.

  + Discuss paying Contoocook Railroad Museum a fee in exchange for using their location
    as the KACC Visitor Center. We would attempt to provide staffing. In exchange, KACC
    is allowed use of the meeting rooms and WiFi. Members that staff the visitor center
    would be able to sell their products & services while there. Proposal is to offer $80
    per month. A vote was taken: 4 in favor, 1 against. Motion passed.

  + Starry Starry Weekend is coming up soon. Any members that want to participate in the
    Depot need to contact Mark ASAP.

  + Discussed dates for annual meeting. It was decided that December is too busy. The
    suggestion is to be at the Lakehouse Tavern on Tues Jan 14. Lakehouse would open
    just for our meeting. Cash bar. Apps to be provided by KACC.
