Board Meeting
  + Motion to authorize the closing of the smaller checking account and moving
    the balance into savings. Motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
  + Motion to authorize the moving of $16K from checking to savings.
    Motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
  + Motion to authorize a donation of $100 to MKIM for their Raise the Roof fundraiser.
    Motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
  + Tent at WFFF discussed. Board members to be givein one last chance to
    signup for times before sharing with members.
  + Discussed that some area chambers allow their Constant Contact list to be
    used by members for mass mailings at a cost. KACC isn't looking for an
    additional revenue stream but we will consider this if members are
    interested. Perhaps have information put into the monthly Members Corner.
  + Ask members to post fliers for KACC Open Doors, Holiday Festival & Business
    Expo, and Fall For BITS.
  + Mark will work on a flier for the Business Expo and propose a new name.
  + We need activities geared towards children at the Expo. Thoughts and ideas?
    Face painting? Charge $5 per? What about a musician?
  + Will reach out to The Old Guy Can Cook to see if he can bring his truck
    to the Expo.
  + Thoughts for additional Board members?
