Board Meeting
  + Bradford Town Scholarship
    * We donated $50 to the scholarship fund
    * There was a "Trashion" show where our banner and those of other
      supporters were displayed. Kathleen Bigford was the contact and
      said the event was a hit.
  + Upcoming events:
    * Night at MKIM - Multi chamber
      - Would a food truck be welcome? Yes, as long as they offer free samples
    * Business Showcase - Should this be multi chamber? Yes!
      - Send out debriefing and associated information from last year so we
        can start planning for this year's event.
      - What should the hours be? Last year was 10-3 and people thought that was too long.
        Note that the debriefing had a consensus that 10-1 would be best.
      - Who should we contact to make sure we have a "draw" to come
        * Fun With Ponies?
        * SPCA
        * Race Car (I've contacted Pete Belliveau, waiting for a response)
        * BITS ETC
      - (I've reserved tables from Town of Warner)
      - (I've contacted NH Open Doors to coordinate our participation as an off-site venue)
      - (I've reserved the Weaver Brothers traffic sign to be put up Wed before the event)
      - Mark Winzeler will work on an advertising design for road signs and marketing
  + Nancy Ladd thanked KACC for the donation towards an industrial dishwasher at Warner Town Hall
    Patrick Miller offered his services at no cost to determine if the water supply at town hall
    is sufficient to run this.
  + We did not get any new members after the Henniker Brewing BAH. Dan has the list of attendees
    and will compile a list and email it to the board.
