** Board Meeting 7a-8a
**   Present: Daniel Watts, Elizabeth Labbe
**   Absent:  Mary Watts (Business meeting), Cheryl Johnson, Patrick Miller (MA meeting)
**   Liaisons: Nancy Ladd (Warner)

Board Meeting
  + Showcase review:
    * We've received lots of positive feedback from vendors and attendees
    * Kid friendly was a plus
    * One or two vendors thought it was not worth their time
    * We had 38 vendors present
    * We should let NCC know how much money was raised for the food pantry
  + Annual Meeting:
    * Location is Contoocook Depot. Date/time is 1/9/19 5:30p-6:30p. There will be
      a brief business meeting followed by a viewing of the Depot museum.
    * Proposal to increase authorized board size from 6 to 12
  + Poetry Town is in April. Hoping that businesses could put
    poems in their windows.
    PFL is considering asking businesses to sponsor books on trail
