Board Meeting
  + Showcase status:
    * Showcase spending is at $330.09: $230.09 printing/postage, $100 NH Open Doors
    * 15 tables spoken for
    * Question was asked if Indian Museum or Nature Discovery Center are open that day.
      Don't think so
  + Annual Meeting:
    * Location is Contoocook Depot. Date/time is 1/9/19 5:30p-6:30p. There will be
      a brief business meeting followed by a viewing of the Depot museum.
    * Proposal to increase authorized board size from 6 to 11
    * Need slate of proposed officers/directors for 2019.
  + Winter Holiday Events
    * Contoocook has started to advertise Starry, Starry Weekend (11/30-12/2)
    * No info yet on what events will be happening in Warner. Will contact Schoodacs
      and KCPA (Dan).
