** Board Meeting 7a-8a
**   Present: Daniel Watts, Elizabeth Labbe, Patrick Miller, Jen Johnson
**   Absent:  Mary Watts (8am Manchester meeting), Cheryl Johnson (vacation)

** Kearsarge Business Showcase Meeting 8a-10:30a
**   Present: Daniel Watts, Elizabeth Labbe, Patrick Miller, Jen Johnson, Steven Reddy, Ty Meier

Board Meeting
  + No formal agenda other than discussing the upcoming business showcase
    before the rest of the volunteers arrived around 8am. 8am was the
    earliest that everyone could commit to.
  + Jen felt that having Contoocook River Business Club as a sponsor
    was inappropriate. All other members disagreed. A vote was taken
    and the majority opinion was that CRBC sponsorship is fine.
  + We discussed fees for the showcase. Various proposals were
    made. We settled on $10 for members and $50 for non members.
    New members and NH Open Doors registered participants would
    be free.
  + We decided a mailing to all members to solicit their participation
    should be done. There should be FB and Instragram posts.
  + We talked about radio / tv advertising. WMUR and YCN were mentioned.

Kearsarge Business Showcase Meeting
  + Need to have good advertising coverage
  + A USPS mailing is desirable. Would Lumber Barn have the ability
    to mention the showcase in any upcoming mailing they might have?

  + Ask Concord Monitor if they have any special advertising issues
    coming up. In the past the Chamber has had a block page advertisement
    with our logo and event information in the head. The rest of the page
    is filled with individual member ads. Dan to follow up with Katy
    Rockwell at CM.
