** Minutes for March 7, 2018 - minutes have been noted on agenda ** Present: Mary Watts, Daniel Watts, Elizabeth Labbe, Nancy Ladd We meet next on Wed March 7 at McDonald's in Warner at 7:00am. Nothing on my agenda other than that we received a letter from Warner Fall Foliage Festival asking for a donation. The two lowest levels are $150 (web & Facebook) and $300 (web, Facebook, 2x2 ad in brochure). We've never donated and they've never joined KACC. WFFF donates to good causes in Warner but so have we. I'm of the opinion that this isn't a good fit for us. ** Discussed and we decided we would like to spend $300 on a 2x2 ** ad _if_ WFFF joins the Chamber. Email was sent later and a ** response that this seemed reasonable was received from WFFF. ** Waiting for WFFF board meeting to approve. Spring Into Warner planning got off to a rocky start but it looks like it may be coming together. If they do any advertising I'd like KACC to also advertise. This being a much smaller event than WFFF our help by advertising with the other businesses should help them out. ** Send Nancy Retailers bank balance. There is a presentation in Hopkinton on 3/21 at 6pm in the library about how to grow community and foster economic development. I've passed the word about this to the Warner EDAC. Other towns may also be interested so spread the word. ** Charlie Albano has mentioned that they would like to ** send one of their members to KACC meetings. Our BAH this month is at Ameriprise Financial Services in Henniker. April BAH is a co-sponsor of NH Telephone Museum and A Better Image at NHTM. No other BAHs are scheduled. ** Will drop off KACC road-side sign at AFS That's it from the President's Desk. It was mentioned ** that Henniker has a booklet on trails. We should add Park & Ride ** locations to our booklet and website. ** Should we put up posters for our BAHs? Send out press release?
