New Business

Marc announced that on Thursday, April 9, the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce will be hosted at MCT. This organization includes the towns of Contoocook, Hopkinton, Henniker and Warner.

Our guest, Mike Tardiff, from the Regional Planning Commission talked about the 20 communities the commission includes, which is centric from Concord. He talked about different subjects related to the need to manage growth in the towns and that business organizations such as ours needed to be leaders in the process. He specifically told the WBA to be on the lookout for projects that they could be actively involved in to demonstrate the leadership that an organization like ours can provide

The next meeting will be Noon on 4/18/03 at Main Street Bookends. Lunch will be provided at cost. Members should RSVP to [email protected] by Friday, 4/18/03 no later than 8am to reserve lunch.

There being no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned.
